**The Role**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Answering incoming calls from patients and caregivers with empathy and professionalism
* Assisting with enrollment, program applications, and setup in applicable systems
* Providing information and support for payroll-related inquiries
* Utilizing de-escalation techniques to resolve issues and concerns
* Documenting information and outcomes as necessary

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot
* Excellent communication and active listening skills
* Ability to offer empathy, patience, and a friendly demeanor
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Quality-focused mindset with a desire to achieve first-call resolution

**Your Home Office Environment**

As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office. To ensure your success, we require:

* A computer with Windows 10 or 11, 8GB of RAM, and a hard drive with at least 500MB of free space
* High-speed, hardwired internet
* Dual monitors and a USB noise-cancelling headset
* Webcam for certification experience

**Flexible Scheduling**

We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer flexible scheduling to fit your needs. You'll work Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 08:00 PM ET, with 30-35 hours per week (with some flexibility).
