**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Overseeing customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
* Collaborating with repair technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity
* Ensuring accurate invoicing and timely communication with customers
* Analyzing data and running reports to identify areas for process improvement and recommending changes to enhance productivity and efficiency
* Participating in and/or leading improvement activities to meet or exceed service goals, driving continuous improvement and excellence

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience, and/or demonstrated accomplishments
* Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
* Proven ability to work effectively as a team player, with a self-starter mentality and a willingness to take initiative
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

* Experience working in a repair coordination or customer service role, with a focus on equipment repair or maintenance
* Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret and present data insights
