As a representative of arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for every customer
* Handle cash transactions, including processing payments, making change, and counting cash back
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, bathrooms, and parking garage
* Assemble trucks from the parking garage and operate equipment to move trucks from the parking garage to inside the store
* Clean bathrooms, sales floor, and parking garage on a case-by-case basis
* Be available to help partners across the store as needed
* Work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude
* Represent arenaflex in a professional and courteous manner, embodying our company values and mission
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* Previous customer service experience in a retail environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment
* Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move equipment as needed
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as a cashier or sales associate
* Knowledge of retail operations and procedures
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash transactions
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
