**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service skills in all interactions, ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied
* Ensuring all cash handling policies are followed explicitly, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and integrity
* Restocking all store items as directed by the Store Manager or customer needs, ensuring that our shelves are always fully stocked and visually appealing
* Selling to every customer, regardless of what they purchase, driving sales and revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
* Performing all duties related to serving our customers, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations
* Providing training assistance to new Customer Service Representatives, helping to onboard and develop our team members
* Submitting grocery orders for approval, ensuring that our store is always stocked with the products our customers want
* Creating visually attractive displays for our customers, showcasing our products in a way that drives sales and engagement
* Reviewing, completing, and suggesting changes to all build-to's, ensuring that our store is always optimized for sales and customer experience
* Providing feedback for the fast food service area of the store, helping to drive improvements and enhancements
* Completing reports assigned by the Store Manager, ensuring that our store is always running smoothly and efficiently
* Accepting applications to be considered for employment, helping to build our team and drive business growth
* Following company procedures when working with vendors, including checking in orders and verifying quantities
* Adhering to all company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism
* Preparing and finalizing shift close-out reports, ensuring that our store is always accurately accounted for
* Inspecting store facilities/equipment for safety, cleanliness, and proper working order, identifying areas for improvement and driving enhancements
* Completing all price changes and promotional price changes, ensuring that our store is always up-to-date and competitive
* Documenting and reporting safety incidents or injuries, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
* Documenting and reporting maintenance requests, ensuring that our store is always well-maintained and functional
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:
* A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in customer service and retail operations
* Outstanding customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers
* Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive at the store on time, with a flexible schedule that includes working all shifts and days of the week
