**Your Impact**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Sales, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and promoting arenaflex's latest products and services
* Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide personalized recommendations
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience
* Staying up-to-date with the latest technology, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers

**Your Day-to-Day**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Sales, your day-to-day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to grow. You will:

* Handle a high volume of customer calls, emails, and chats, providing timely and effective resolutions
* Utilize various tools and systems to research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technology, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

**What We're Looking For**

* Call center or customer service experience
* Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation
* Desire to work onsite in one of our call centers
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in using various software applications
