**Job Responsibilities**

As a Pharmacy Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Coordinating and handling new patient medication orders and reorders
* Verifying and updating benefits, confirming copays, and obtaining approvals
* Collaborating with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve order issues
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and internal partners

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A Bachelor's degree
* Active IL Pharmacy Technician License
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, handling complex client needs via phone
* 1+ year of experience with Windows-based applications (Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email)
* 1+ year of PC keyboarding experience

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

* Healthcare experience
* Knowledge of benefits, insurance, pharmacy, and clinical terminology
