**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative on our State Farm Agent team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to identify opportunities to grow our book of business and drive revenue growth. This is a remote position, so you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a better work-life balance.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Work closely with our team to identify opportunities to grow our book of business and drive revenue growth
* Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention
* Collaborate with our sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities and drive revenue growth
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and products

**Essential Qualifications**
* Currently licensed in Life, Property, and Casualty insurance
* Prior State Farm experience within the last 12 months
* Strong track record of life production
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Spanish language bi-lingual skills
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
* Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
* Experience with sales and marketing strategies and tactics
