**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

* Receiving inbound calls and placing outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on quotes, ensure customer satisfaction, and schedule maintenance
* Identifying the reason for the customer's call, qualifying the customer, collecting relevant information, and scheduling service work appointments
* Referencing premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics and using best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
* Upselling products and services when appropriate and documenting all customer interactions
* Assigning and dispatching technicians to customers' locations and communicating with customers via email
* Participating in rotating on-call duties and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Previous experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role (preferably in the service industry)
* Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Understanding of active listening techniques and the ability to empathize with customers
* Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs (Service Titan experience a plus, but we will provide training)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
* Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
