We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Union Label Benefits Specialist. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates in the United States. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families.

**Job Summary:**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with clients and their loved ones to provide support and guidance. You'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and outbound calling to establish consultations and conduct discussions with clients and their families
  • Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Completing necessary paperwork and documentation
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Providing leadership development opportunities to team members
