Job Overview

We are seeking exceptional Customer Service Representatives to join our team, delivering excellent customer service and creating sustainable value for customers via phone, email, chat, and correspondence. As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will handle calls about billing and payments, service requests from customers looking to start up service moving into a new home, and stopping service as they move out. Key Responsibilities

  • Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns, needs, and build a rapport that will make them feel heard and cared for
  • Provide essential support in navigating the customer's inquiries and explaining it in simple terms to the customer
  • Discover solutions using tools and resources to help meet the customer's needs
  • Empathize and resolve concerns to simplify the customer's experience
  • Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy

Hybrid Work at Home Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following hybrid work at home requirements:

  • High-Speed Internet with at least 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed (no satellite, WiFi, or cellular/wireless carrier internet services)
  • A hard-wired internet connection via Ethernet cable to modem/router that you own/are responsible for (arenaflex will ship you company equipment to use)
  • A dedicated, quiet, and secured workspace with no distractions
  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone

Additional Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or its equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of customer service call center experience
  • Be self-driven and able to focus on the same task/objective for long periods of time
  • Have exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Have high computer proficiency and overall technical knowledge
  • Have open availability between 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday through Friday Central standard time (training hours may vary)
  • Have a professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Have a customer-focused personality and the motivation to achieve goals
  • Must pass a background check, including credit review and assessments in training
