**The Role**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering incoming calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with a team of experienced professionals to deliver outstanding results.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Answer incoming calls and communicate with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism
* Troubleshoot situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone
* Maintain an above-average attendance record
* Follow established standard operating procedures
* Work collaboratively with a team of customer service representatives to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Schedule and Shifts**

* Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
* Shift Hours: 3:30pm - 12am
* Please note that all potential candidates must be flexible, as you may be asked to work a different shift from time to time.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

* A high school diploma is required
* At least one year of call center experience is required
* Can be a team player
* Can work without direct supervision
* Can work well with medical staff, veterans, and the elderly
* Has a good work ethic
* Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette)
* Detail-oriented, can multi-task, and is highly organized
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Must be flexible

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous military experience is encouraged to apply
* Previous experience working in a medical or healthcare setting is an asset
* Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset
