**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex team as a virtual assistant. As a key member of our Guest Relations and Operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication across all channels. **Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

**GUEST RELATIONS**

* Experience with Guesty and/or Operto Teams is a plus, but not required
* Ability to leverage AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and travelers
* Must be comfortable speaking English on the phone and have the ability to use a VoiP to speak with guests and vendors
* Screen potential guests and provide support for guests, resolving issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott
* Respond to guest inquiries and communicate and escalate issues to Management via Slack
* Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by providing exceptional support and service
* Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms

**COMPANY TASKS**

* Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
* Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
* Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor
* Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems
* Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management

**Requirements**

* Fluency in English with perfect grammar and communication skills
* Ability to work in CST and Eastern United States time zones
* Availability and reliability for part-time shifts, including Thursday and Friday 3pm-11p CST
* Availability for additional part-time overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST (optional)
* Experience with Guesty, Operto Teams, and/or ChatGPT is a plus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in customer service or a related field
* Knowledge of the hospitality industry and property management software
* Experience with AI-powered messaging platforms and chatbots
* Familiarity with accounting and financial systems
* Experience with vendor relations and management

**Note**
