**Life as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Handling a high volume of customer inquiries in a fast-paced call center environment
* Personalizing the experience for each caller, ensuring that every interaction is tailored to their unique needs and preferences
* Answering incoming calls, resolving issues, and providing solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner
* Reporting to an assigned Supervisor, working collaboratively to achieve team goals and objectives
* Maintaining a structured day, adhering to a set schedule and working efficiently to meet productivity targets
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Compensation and Benefits**

* A competitive starting rate of $15.00 per hour
* Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years, ensuring that your compensation grows with your experience and performance
* A new Pay for Performance incentive program, providing additional rewards for exceptional performance and contributions to the team

**System Requirements**

To ensure that you can provide a seamless experience for our customers, you'll need to maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:

* A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
* A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
* A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
* A Mac/Apple product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook are not supported

**Training Schedule**

Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll begin orientation and training on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.

3. Self-scheduling an interview
4. Participating in a remote interview
