**Responsibilities**

As a Virtual Team Member, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Booking appointments with clients to discuss their coverage options and provide personalized support
* Collaborating with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies

**Requirements**
