**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and identity verification processes through our ticketing system, live chat, and phone support
* Providing top-notch service in both English and Japanese languages, with a strong emphasis on language proficiency
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services
* Documenting customer requests accurately and providing constructive feedback
* Working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher in a relevant field
* Proficiency in English and Japanese languages (minimum JLPT N2 level)
* At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial or e-commerce industries
* Fresh graduates with outstanding performance are also encouraged to apply
* Strong integrity, proactivity, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility
* Ability to work under pressure, with excellent communication skills and a drive to exceed targets
* Passion for customer service and willingness to work flexible shifts, including night shifts
