**Position Summary**

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division in San Antonio, TX. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Take inbound calls and provide solutions to help simplify our members' healthcare experience
* Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
* Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
* Offer patient, helpful, and genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
* Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
* Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
* Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
* Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
* At least 6 months of healthcare experience

**Training and Development:**

**Schedule Options:**

* Flexible work schedule for those balancing priorities in and outside of work
* Full-time schedules ranging from 30-40 hours per week
* Days off and hours may vary based on business needs

**Compensation and Benefits:**

* Pay rates start at $17.50
