**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to merchants and customers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with the Trader Administrations Manager to drive team performance, set goals, and track metrics
* Coaching and mentoring colleagues to improve their overall performance and skills
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and quality
* Analyzing data and using insights to inform decisions and drive business growth
* Working closely with the Inbound Enactments team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
**Key Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar data analysis tools
* Experience with data-driven decision-making and process improvement initiatives
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
