As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
