About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a Work From Home (WFH) capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and medical staff. Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, placing outbound calls, and assisting patients with meal orders according to their prescribed diet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from patients and medical staff in a prompt and courteous manner
• Place outbound calls to patients and medical staff as needed
• Assist patients with meal orders, ensuring that their selections are entered into the Food Service application
• Manage daily operations, including but not limited to: Meditech EHR, Food Service application, call center equipment, virtual phone, and other programs
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless customer service and support

Work Schedule and Availability:

* Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available
* Set schedules are available, including 2-hour to 12-hour shifts, depending on schedule availability
* Training will take place virtually and averages approximately 4 weeks
* Must reside within the DFW area

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED preferred
* 2 years of customer service experience is preferred
* Computer literacy and the ability to learn new programs quickly
* High-speed internet
* Private area to work

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
