**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our guests through various channels, including voice, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling incoming contacts for various arenaflex brands and assisting customers with their booking needs or questions
* Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests
* Identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques to maximize revenue
* Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
* Providing customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution and open communication with arenaflex properties, related company contacts, and third parties
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answering questions about property facilities, services, and room accommodations to support our overall vision to be the world's favorite travel company
* Handling incoming contacts for a variety of arenaflex brands and assisting customers with their booking needs or questions through preferred channels
* Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
* No related work experience required
* No supervisory experience required
* No license or certification required
