**Key Responsibilities**

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
* Conducting outbound calling to follow up on customer requests and provide assistance
* Processing customer orders and handling cash transactions accurately
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
* Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues effectively
* Utilizing computer systems to manage customer accounts and data entry tasks
* Providing support for sales initiatives by promoting products and services as needed

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Familiarity with computerized systems and office equipment
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

* Experience with cash handling is a plus
* Bilingual candidates (Spanish) will have an advantage in this role
