**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle a large volume of calls, both inbound and outbound, to provide exceptional customer experiences

**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* Eligible to work in the US
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Reliable and willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
