**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving post-purchase issues, and delivering a seamless experience. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, working closely with clients to understand their concerns and providing solutions that meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide top-notch support to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving post-purchase issues and delivering a seamless experience
* Investigate and resolve client concerns, including returns, replacements, shipping issues, and product availability
* Utilize problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to complex issues, often in a first-contact resolution approach
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions that meet client needs
* Meet or exceed client satisfaction and service level agreements (SLAs)
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to clients
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

**Requirements**

* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
* Proficient in Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal downtime
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Knowledge of home decor and furniture industry
* Certification in customer service or a related field
