* **High School Graduate or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

* **Logical Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to analyze problems and find creative solutions.
* **Ability to Work in a Virtual Team Environment**: Experience working remotely in a virtual team setting.
