Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Full-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

The following are the essential functions of this role:

  • Checking inventory, processing returns, issuing replacements and credits for damaged or defective merchandise
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of previous customer service experience
  • Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
  • Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
