**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your daily activities will include:

* Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and manage client interactions
* Quality control to ensure exceptional service and high-quality interactions

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Good verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
