**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for:

* **Completing industry-leading training program**: Receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role and achieve your goals.
* **Outbound and inbound calls**: Make outbound calls to clients and potential clients who request products and services, and respond to inbound calls from clients and potential clients.
* **Utilizing the Zoom platform**: Use the Zoom platform to educate and sell life and supplemental health insurance to clients and potential clients.
* **Assisting clients and potential clients**: Assist clients and potential clients to complete electronic applications and answer any questions they may have.
* **Attending team training**: Attend team training twice a week to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* **Excellent communication skills**: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and potential clients.
* **Competitive with a desire for excellence**: Demonstrate a strong desire to excel in a professional sales role and achieve outstanding results.
* **Basic computer knowledge**: Have basic computer knowledge and be comfortable using technology to complete tasks and communicate with clients.
* **High School Diploma or equivalent**: Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
