**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering incoming calls from customers and providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support
* Reviewing customer history as necessary to ensure a seamless experience
* Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
* Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues
* Processing refunds and resolving travel-related problems efficiently and effectively
* Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues
* Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

* Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry or a related field
* Strong geographical knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple applications seamlessly
* Excellent customer service skills, including strong attention to detail, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Strong typing skills and proficiency in using the internet
* Ability to organize, prioritize, anticipate situations, act, and see issues through to completion
