**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls from customers and providing timely, effective solutions to their travel-related queries
* Reviewing customer history as necessary to ensure accurate and personalized support
* Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
* Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues
* Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
* Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues
* Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate customer records
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
* Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry or a related field
* Strong geographical knowledge and the ability to navigate complex travel itineraries
* Excellent customer service skills, including strong communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities
