**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, dispatching service technicians, and ensuring seamless communication between our team and customers. **Key Responsibilities**

* Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
* Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician schedules as needed to meet customer needs
* Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
* Investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements to ensure customer satisfaction
* Matching type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency
* Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the company's membership base
* Collaborating with coworkers to achieve team goals and objectives
* Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them lifelong customers

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in a call center environment, with a strong focus on customer service
* Ability to type at least 70 words per minute
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for making customers happy
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong ability to think critically and solve problems

**Remote Work Requirements**

* arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone, but candidates must provide:
+ High-speed internet
+ A quiet workspace with minimal background noise

**Compensation and Benefits**

* Competitive hourly rate of $16-$19 per hour, based on experience
* Opportunities for commission, with an average of $100-$1000+ per month
