We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless communication between our customers and technicians, and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex.

**Job Role:**

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:

* Maintaining our customer database with accurate and up-to-date information
* Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to ensure timely and efficient service
* Routing technicians based on location to ensure prompt and effective service delivery
* Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
* Collaborating with the dispatch team to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

**Positions Schedule:**

* Wednesday: In the Chantilly office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
* Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

**Qualifications:**

* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
* Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
* Proven ability to handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)

**Remote Work Qualifications:**

* arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone, but candidates must provide:
