**Job Role and Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your duties will include:

* Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
* Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician's schedules as needed to meet customer needs
* Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner, investigating concerns, and routing them to the proper staff
* Maintaining customer satisfaction by educating customers on our Membership benefits and responding to special requirements
* Matching type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency
* Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base
* Collaborating with coworkers to achieve team goals and objectives
* Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them a lifelong customer

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Previous experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
* The ability to type at least 70 words per minute
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for making customers happy
* The ability to work independently as well as within a team
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* A detail-oriented approach, with the ability to think proactively and solve problems
* A quiet workspace with minimal background noise and high-speed internet access

**Remote Work Requirements**

As a remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll need to provide:

* A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
* High-speed internet access
* A laptop and cell phone will be provided by arenaflex

**Compensation and Benefits**

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17-20 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for commission and bonuses. Our benefits package includes:
