**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for:

* **Delivering Exceptional Customer Service**: Providing timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
* **Driving Sales Growth**: Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and delivering results-driven sales strategies.

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **3-6 years of progressive sales experience**, with a strong background in customer service and sales.
* **3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry**, with a deep understanding of HVAC products and services.
* **High School diploma or GED equivalent**, with some college education preferred.
* **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* **Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills**, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
* **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment**, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

* **Experience with CRM software**, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
* **Knowledge of HVAC industry trends and developments**, with a strong understanding of industry-specific products and services.
* **Certifications or training in sales and customer service**, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation.
