**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering calls from participants regarding initial and continuing eligibility for income maintenance programs related to medical services
* Gathering, verifying, evaluating, and entering necessary social, financial, and medical information into various applications
* Maintaining complete and accurate computerized records of participant interactions
* Performing a variety of diverse tasks while continuing to maintain currency and accuracy of program requirements
* Ensuring timely processing of participant inquiries/annual reviews to meet client needs and program mandates
* Meeting or exceeding daily standards for performance, accuracy, customer service, and quality
**Requirements**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Basic office and computer skills
* Exceptional communications and customer service skills, including the ability to handle client behaviors such as fear, hostility, and aggression
* Knowledge of mathematics and accounting principles used in the calculation of public assistance benefits
* High-speed internet, quiet space with a door to safeguard equipment and modem/router to hard wire phone
* Knowledge of the general provisions, objectives, and philosophy of public assistance programs
* Ability to multitask and resolve issues when necessary
* Excellent attendance with no absences during the 6-8 week training period
* Clean background and ability to pass drug screening
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
* Knowledge of public assistance programs and policies
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
