**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Checking and providing pricing information for auto parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Processing orders for customers who choose to purchase, including collecting payment information and sending invoices
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer data
* Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth purchasing experience, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Calling dealers and verifying part numbers to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Collaborating with our sales team to drive sales growth and meet sales targets
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to improve customer service and sales performance
**Qualifications & Skills**
To succeed as a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* Previous experience in customer service or sales, with a proven track record of success
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Ability to quickly check and relay product pricing, using our CRM system to access accurate and up-to-date information
