**Job Description**
As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing multiple locations, and contributing to the growth and development of our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assessing customer storage needs and making suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
* Conducting daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
* Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
* Helping customers stay current with payments and making reminder and collection calls when required
* Managing multiple locations, including spending time both inside and outside
* Performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris
* Transporting, lifting, and moving items weighing up to 35 pounds
* Walking in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of your time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors

**Qualifications**
* Experience in customer service-centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for traveling between different work locations and/or conducting other work-related business
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
