**Job Summary**

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**

* Interact with hundreds of callers daily, using active listening and critical thinking to resolve a wide array of customer service inquiries
* Actively resolve complaints and concerns within the queue, providing empathetic and effective solutions
* Investigate billing and fraudulent activity concerns, processing account requests and providing guidance on product features and technical issues
* Utilize screen sharing to resolve technical issues, coordinating appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance
* Research articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries, properly documenting notes and summarizing conversation details
* Openly accept feedback, coaching, and training to further develop skills and improve performance

**Essential Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to build rapport and trust with people quickly
* Articulate thoughts clearly and concisely
* Solicit feedback openly and adjust accordingly
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (preferred but not required)

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
