As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and healthcare professionals, while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to patients and healthcare professionals
* Providing excellent customer service and empathy, while resolving customer complaints and concerns
* Performing heavy data entry, including gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information
* Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program
* Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* At least 1 year of recent call center experience (no exceptions)
* Medical call center experience is a plus, but not required
* Active internet connection and the ability to work from home
* Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
* Great work attitude and willingness to help others
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Must live in the state of Arizona, Georgia, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment
* Knowledge of Federal Health Care Program guidelines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Experience with data entry and customer relationship management software
