**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
* Have prior experience in customer service or a related field
* Possess basic math skills and be able to accurately handle cash, process transactions, and manage stock levels
