**Key Responsibilities:**

* Field inbound telephone calls, internet chat requests, and inbound email requests from clients' customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Utilize phone, internet, and computer skills to navigate various software systems and tools
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer service
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**

* **Fluent English language skills**: You must be able to communicate effectively and clearly with clients' customers in English.
* **High-speed internet connection**: You'll need a high-speed DSL or cable connection with a minimum speed of 5 MB down and 384k up, and a preferred speed of 10+ MB down and 512k up.
* **Dedicated home office space**: You'll require a dedicated home office space that is free from distractions, has a door that can be closed and locked, and is equipped with a 19 flat panel monitor (minimum).
* **Personal computer**: You'll need a personal computer running Windows 10 with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM and a 2.0 GHZ processor, and a recommended configuration of 4GB of RAM and a Dual Core Processor.
* **Typing speed**: You must be able to type at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* **Customer service experience**: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in call center or customer support environments.
* **Technical skills**: Familiarity with software systems, tools, and technologies used in customer service environments.
* **Communication skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* **Problem-solving skills**: Ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
