We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Support Specialist - Verification Associate to join our team. As a Verification Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of invoices and supporting documentation, while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

About the Role

As a Verification Associate at Blithequark, you will be responsible for making outbound inquiries against incoming batches of invoices and supporting documentation to ensure they meet client operating standards. You will work closely with the operations team and Verification Team Lead to coordinate work and ensure that invoices are true and correct. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Verifying invoices via phone calls to debtors and via website look up where appropriate
  • Ensuring administrative tasks regarding data processing are done accurately and consistently with operations procedures
  • Identifying and noting any issues with new debtors, errors, missing documentation, debtors over credit limit, and other issues relating to 'paper' collateral
  • Actioning and notifying the Verifications Team Leader of any policy exceptions and material issues identified
  • Ensuring that best practices are shared and implemented within the team

Key Responsibilities

As a Verification Associate at Blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
