**Job Responsibilities**

As a customer service/case processor at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Interacting with customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
* Logging detailed notes into our company software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
* Making daily inbound and outbound calls to customers, updating them on the status of their cases and resolving any issues that may arise
* Maintaining electronic customer records, including contact details, issues, and resolutions, to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving
* Updating billing information and analyzing progress to improve customer satisfaction
* Participating in regular staff meetings, trainings, and reporting on any customer issues to ensure that our team is always informed and equipped to handle complex situations
* Assisting team members when needed, providing support and guidance to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
* Resolving complaints and customer problems in an efficient and friendly manner, using effective conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* **Required:**
+ Ability to work in an office environment (this is not a remote position)
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Ability to comfortably sit for long periods of time
+ Attention to detail
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Computer proficiency
+ Problem-solving ability
+ Ability to resolve conflict and de-escalate customer issues
+ Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
+ Bilingual (Spanish and Russian required)

+ Previous customer service experience
+ Sales experience
+ Bilingual (additional languages a plus)

**Compensation and Perks**

**Shift and Schedule**
