**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service/Chat Agent to join our team at arenaflex's Oklahoma office. As a Customer Service/Chat Agent, you will be responsible for answering calls and responding to part-facing visits, providing information about Costco.com, researching web-based issues, and assisting with site navigation. You will also use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and promote arenaflex's products and services in a friendly and productive manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and part-facing visits in a timely and professional manner
* Determine customer needs and provide proper solutions, including answering general Costco.com/product questions and investigating complex issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries
* Consider and offer rewards as necessary
* Work as the contact between Costco.com customers, merchants, purchasing and activities staff
* Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or answering visits
* Utilize critical thinking and decisive reasoning skills to determine request/item/conveyance issues
* Provide exceptional customer service and promote arenaflex's products and services in a friendly and productive manner

**Essential Qualifications**

* Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Internet Business Customer Service Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program
* Past customer service experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient business writing and typing skills (minimum typing speed of 30 wpm)
* Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Solid foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief friendly assistance, and phenomenal closing
* Ability to adjust and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to take ownership and tackle issues
* Ability to exhibit learning and thinking skills
* Strong time management skills
* Bilingual skills an asset
