**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service/Data Entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and effective solutions to resolve their issues

* Maintaining and updating records as needed, including data collection and organization for various projects
* Utilizing Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, including pivot tables, to support data analysis and reporting

**Requirements**

To succeed as a Customer Service/Data Entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools
