**The Opportunity**

As a Customer Services Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our students, faculty, staff, parents, and guests. You'll take pride in providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues, and maintaining arenaflex's high standards for excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty, staff, and external customers
* Resolving customer issues, offering solutions, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
* Inspecting and maintaining university-owned properties, including vehicle gates and parking facilities
* Performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations as needed
* Collaborating with vendors, student workers, and other teams to achieve department goals
* Participating in special events and providing support as needed

**The Qualifiers**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

* **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
* **Experience:** 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment; 2 years of experience preferred
* **Expertise:**
+ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to communicate effectively in English
+ Valid CA driver's license required
+ Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
+ Analytical skills and ability to take initiatives
