**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing large amounts of incoming calls and generating sales leads.
* Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
* Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
* Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution.
* Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
* Taking the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional experiences.
**Qualifications and Experience**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 3+ years of experience in Sales and Customer Service roles with customer-facing responsibilities.
* The ability to work independently and be trustworthy.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and exercise independent judgment.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and CRM applications.
* Bilingualism is considered an asset.
* Customer Service/Sales experience of at least 3 years.
* A strong desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
**Other Details**
* This is a full-time or part-time position that requires all work shift availability, including nights and weekends.
* Providing daycare or homeschooling on a regular basis for children or other dependents is NOT permitted.
* The chosen applicant will be required to successfully complete background and employment reference checks.
* Training starts immediately, and hours of operation are M-F 8 Am-8 Pm, Sat. 10 Am-7 Pm, Sun 1 Pm-4 Pm EST.
**Work from Home Office Requirements**
To ensure a productive and distraction-free work environment, you'll need to:
* Reside in the Continental United States and be a US citizen.
* Designate a workspace free from noise and other distractions.
* Have a remote office internet connection with high-speed internet access (not a hotspot).
* Use a PC or Laptop (not a Chromebook or Mac) with at least 8GB Ram and a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768.
* Have a headset (not mandatory).
