We're seeking an experienced Customer Service/Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential for full-time opportunities. * Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection protocols
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their callers
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls, emails, and other communication channels simultaneously
