Your Role at arenaflex
As a valued member of our Borrower Success Team, you will play a vital role in empowering student loan borrowers to achieve financial stability. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support and guidance, helping users navigate our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. Through comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you will become an expert in the student loan landscape, serving as the first point of contact for our users and driving their success.
This remote, full-time contractor role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team for up to 5 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent hiring in NYC based on performance and company needs. As a contractor, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's product offerings and how they address the unique needs of borrowers
- Engage with borrowers via email and live chat, providing personalized support and guidance
- Review and submit applications for federal loan programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Proactively suggest and implement innovative ideas and automations to help scale the team and drive growth
- Collaborate with the product, design, and engineering teams to bring user feedback to life, creating new features and offerings that meet the evolving needs of our users
- Work closely with the Borrower Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals, aligning with our social mission and values
Recommended Experience and Qualifications
We are seeking talented individuals with at least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in start-ups, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support. A passion for applying your skills and experience to drive social impact is essential. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
