**About the Role**

As a Customer Success Consultant - Training Specialist WA, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality training experiences to our customers, including corporate, law firms, barristers, and government departments. Your role will involve:

* Delivering a minimum of 40 training hours per month and maintaining accurate records
* Planning learning activities to cover the client base and minimize cancellations
* Identifying opportunities for new sales to fulfill client needs
* Enhancing clients' knowledge of our products and driving usage
* Building effective relationships with individual users and key stakeholders
* Defining client learning needs and planning and implementing effective training solutions

**Responsibilities**

* Deliver training sessions to customers, including corporate, law firms, barristers, and government departments
* Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
* Plan and deliver training programs to meet customer needs and objectives
* Identify opportunities for new sales and work with sales teams to fulfill client needs
* Build and maintain relationships with customers, including individual users and key stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve training programs and customer experiences

**Requirements**

* Law degree or possess a good understanding of the Australian legal landscape
* Experience in customer success or customer relationship management, preferably within the legal industry
* Experience in training delivery and using platforms like eLearning
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to identify opportunities and build relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Understanding of Boolean and free text search principles
* Authorization to legally work in Australia
* Ability to liaise with a range of management and staff levels, particularly with sales departments

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working with arenaflex products and services
* Knowledge of the Australian legal industry and market trends
* Experience in sales and business development
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**

* Base salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum
* Superannuation: 9.5% employer contribution
