**What You'll Be Doing**

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for guiding new customers through implementation and setup, ensuring a smooth transition from sales and fast time-to-value. Your primary objectives will be to:

* **Onboard & Activate New Customers**: Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless onboarding and setup, providing customers with the necessary training and support to get the most out of our platform.
* **Drive Adoption & Retention**: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, monitor account health, and proactively address any issues that may arise to reduce churn and increase engagement.
* **Be a Strategic Partner**: Help customers understand how to best utilize arenaflex to reduce fuel spend, eliminate fraud, and track driver behavior. Provide tailored training and support to meet their business goals.
* **Identify Growth Opportunities**: Collaborate with our sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell potential, driving account growth and expansion.
* **Customer Advocacy**: Collect and share customer feedback with our Product and Engineering teams to inform roadmap decisions and improve the platform.
* **Process Improvement**: Contribute to the development of scalable customer success playbooks as we continue to grow and expand our customer base.
* **Manage an International Remote Team**: Lead and mentor a team of customer success professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they're equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**What You Should Have**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
* Experience managing post-sale relationships and driving retention and expansion.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with operators, owners, and executives alike.
* Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, etc.) and success metrics (retention, NPS, time-to-value).
* Experience managing a team, with a proven track record of leadership and mentorship.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with shifting priorities and big goals.

**What We Hope You Have**

While not essential, the following experience and skills would be highly desirable:

* Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) or in industries like logistics, transportation, or fleet management.
* Familiarity with payments, expense tracking, or fraud prevention tools.
* Data-savvy, with the ability to read usage trends and dig into account analytics.
* Experience managing international remote teams.
